Because USPS delivery is slower this year, please order as early as possible. USPS gives the deadline for Christmas delivery too US addresses as 17 December, so please order by 16 December if you would like your package by Christmas Day. I will make sure to send your order as soon as I possibly can (often the same day and usually by the next day, depending on when and what you order), and the rest is up to USPS.

Orders usually ship in 1-2 business days. Orders for custom items and items not in stock may take a little longer. Please see individual item pages for exceptions and contact me if you have questions about availability.

shipping rates

US - free shipping for US orders shipped via USPS first class or priority mail, which usually takes 3-5 days. Please contact me if you are in a hurry!

Canada - $8 (discounted) flat rate for Canadian orders shipped via first class mail, which usually takes 1-4 weeks.  Any customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

other countries - $10 (discounted) flat rate for international orders shipped via first class mail, which usually takes 1-4 weeks. Any customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient. I'm currently only shipping to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom

return policy

I hope you love your MWM purchase. Above all I want you to be happy and your experience with MWM cortisol (stress) free. Therefore, all items are returnable in original condition within 30 days for any reason for a refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless I made a mistake with the order. Please contact me, so that I will expect your package. 

Christmas and other winter holiday gifts can be returned, if in new condition, until the end of January.

green packaging

I use the most eco-friendly packaging I can find - including 100% recycled cardboard boxes, recycled tissue paper, recycled paper labels, recycled paper tape, 100% recycled mailers, and biodegradable tape. Occasionally I reuse boxes.
